Our experts
PrQS MRICS AAArb
Sakhisene Masanabo
Affectionately known as Sakhi, Sakhisene Masanabo holds a BSc and BSc (hons) degrees obtained from the University of Pretoria as well as the University of the Free State respectively.
Sakhi’s quantity surveying experience covers a wide range of sectors in the construction industry including roads, bridges, tailings storage facilities, schools and residential buildings spanning a period of 17 years.
While he is a registered professional quantity surveyor as well as a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Sakhi enjoys helping contractors and clients alike in realizing the true value of their projects in quantum disputes.
Sakhi has worked as a commercial manager in some of the big construction companies, he has spent the last 6 years on a large variety of projects acting as the project PrQS, contractor’s site QS, defending and presenting claims for clients and contractors alike.
As a member of the Association of Arbitrators Sakhi hopes to grow in his role as a claim’s consultant where he hopes continue acting as expert witness in adjudications and arbitrations.
Quantity Surveyor
Sbongile Sishange
Sbongile holds a B-Tech degree from the University of Johannesburg. She commenced her career in quantity surveying in 2009 and has since accumulated 16 years of experience across a diverse array of projects, including hospitals, hotels, power stations, bulk earthworks, roads, and associated bulk civil services. Over the past eight years, Sbongile has specialized in estimating for large-scale building and civil projects, consistently achieving a notable success rate. She is dedicated to assisting contractors in securing successful bids and maximizing project profitability.
PrQS
Tshepo Ngubane
Tshepo holds a BSc (Hons) degree from the University of Witwatersrand. Tshepo’s quantity surveying career started at Baloyi Quantity Surveyors in 2012. IT was however, at BTKM Pretoria Inc, later changed its name to Gro2 Consulting, where he ultimately registered as a PrQS. Tshepo’s passion lies in representing developers in realizing their vision within reasonable budgetary constraints. This has seen him being involved in developments such as the Reconfiguration of Menlyn Park valued at R2.65 billion, Radisson Red Hotel in Rosebank and the construction of the Engineering IV at the University of Pretoria as the designated project QS. Tshepo boasts an impressive portfolio of projects including the construction of schools, residential buildings, student accommodation, shopping centers and office buildings.
